I second this recommendation! I have this book as well and love, love, love it! We love to make a basic loaf and serve it with roasted garlic or whip up some olive oil dough to keep in the fridge to make home made pizza or how about some cheddar/jalapeno bread! I could go on and on – it’s so easy. 🙂 Did you know there’s also a Healthy Bread in 5 Mins a Day? I have it but haven’t used it much yet.
