Last week hubby was out of town so it was just Squish and I. Here’s what I prepped for us:
- Pumpkin Banana Pancakes
- Pumpkin Black Bean Dip
- Sweet Potato Bites
- Sweet Potato Protein Cookies
- Almond Butter Banana Oat Muffins
Unpictured: I made a batch of Avocado Chicken Burgers (recipe coming tomorrow) for me to eat for lunches and dinners. I also baked some honey garlic chicken thighs for Squish. One night I served them plain, the next night I mixed them into some mac and cheese and another night I used them to make some Pesto Chicken Pizza Rolls.
