It’s WIAW again! My girl J$ throws such a good party that I just can’t help but keep coming back!
This week it’s all about old favs…so let’s get to it!
Breakfast
{Fun Fact: I CANNOT eat breakfast at home without something to read}
{Fun Fact: Our coffee pot has been broken for about 3 weeks}
{This little guy is my new best friend}
Snacktime:
{Fun Fact: When I eat clementines, I try to get the whole peel off in one piece}
Lunch:
{Fun Fact: When I have other things to blog about, like SRC or Cookie Swaps, I don’t make anything exciting for dinner. We rotate through our favorite meals: loaded sweet potatoes, spicy vegetable curry, egg sandwiches….}
{I call this lunch “leftover MexIndian}
Pre-Work Snack:
{Fun Fact: First time trying these. They came in my Lollihop box. I liked the texture but they were a bit too salty for me so I only at a few. I think there are other flavors though!}
{Fun Fact: This is how I eat greek yogurt. Day 1: Scoop plain greek yogurt into a bowl, add 2 scoops flavored greek yogurt, top with granola, enjoy. Day 2: Scoop plain greek yogurt into a bowl, add 2 scoops flavored greek yogurt, top with granola, enjoy. Day 3: Add plain greek yogurt to the rest of the flavored yogurt in the container, top with granola, enjoy!}
{Fun Fact: I eat several tiny handfuls of M&Ms throughout the day instead of one big handful so I feel like I’m getting more!}
At work snack:
{Fun fact: I’m not sure I could make it through a shift without a few of these}
Post-work snack:
{Fun fact: I eat an apple pretty much every single day}
{Fun Fact: That’s a piece of a walnut cookie from The Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap!}
{Fun Fact: There’s nothing special about this…I just like raisins}
Dinner:
{Fun Fact: I HATE mushy green beans. I undercook mine so they’re nice and crunchy!}
{Fun Fact: Hubby suggested Morningstar black bean burgers for dinner which sounded perfect. I spent the next 10 minutes thinking about how good a fried egg would be on top of my burger but how I was too tired to make one. Then I opened the fridge and found an extra fried egg from an egg sandwich I had a few nights ago! Add some avocado, pepperjack cheese and tomato…and you’ve got the best sandwich I’ve eaten in weeks!}
Post workout snack:
{Fun Fact: Not a mistake. I eat a bowl of cereal almost every night before I go to bed}
So there you have it! Have you had anything good to eat this week?
One more thing, if you haven’t heard, I’m in the running to become a Love Grown Foods LOVE BLOGGER! If you would take a few second to vote for me by clicking here and “liking” my picture (second row, second from the left), i would REALLY appreciate it! THANK YOU!!!!
Enjoy!

Today’s Workout:
This took me 1 hour and 5 minutes. I covered a mile in my very slow run/walk at the end. This workout was a bit long to do all the time. I’d say it’d be good to do once a month or so to change things up but not every week. I was sweating by the end.

I always have to read something when I’m eating my breakfast too!!
or else I’d feel lost! HAHA Good luck with the Love Grown blogger thing! You got my vote

I love that mexindian!!! Great word too.
Can I has egg sandwich too? That sounded so, so good.
Happy WIAW!
i went to bed dreaming of that sandwich
Wow I love how you did your pictures all old fashioned like- it makes everything look warm and wintery!
I saw next to a girl in class yesterday who peeled her clementine in one go- I was impressed.
So you eat the greek yogurt all in one go, or is it more like you eat a bit and then refill the toppings? You’re quite systematic about your eats!

thank you! i’ve found the flavored greek yogurt is too sweet for me, but the plain isn’t sweet enough so i try to eat mostly plain and then just add a couple scoops of flavored kind for sweetness. so i can make one little flavored container last for 3 days!
Loved this!

I eat an apple almost every day too! Sometimes even three

That’s awesome that you’re studying to become an R.D. – me too!
I just tried those Somersault snacks but in the cocoa flavour. They’re delicious and not salty at all!

I love how you did your pictures here! It makes everything look all… hmm old-fashioned like Hannah said!
I have been finding myself eating a few M&Ms throughout the day too! Just a small treat that adds some delight to the day

thank you! i love my iphone
m&ms are the best…especially the christmas ones
I’ve been eating my weight in those sunmaid raisins recently – strangely addictive! As for best thing I’ve had to eat this week, I tried some dark belgian chocolate for the first time yesterday – incredible.

ooooh that sounds delicious!
I am clementine obsessed right now! My brother in law not only gets the peel off in one piece, but tries to keep the stem-nub thing connected too – very OCD.

haha i admittedly try to do that as well but sometimes it just doesn’t happen for me
Hahaha loved this post. Fun facts indeed. I try to get the clementine peel off in one try too. My friends and I used to have competitions in middle school to see who could do it the best and quickest. So dorky. I know. Also, I have to always read something in the mornings when I eat, but usually I just get on my computer since I lack magazines.

ahaha i love that you had competitions!
This post was such a cute idea! I lovee cereal
I always read my phone (twitter, horoscope, blogs) while eating breakfast!
thanks! usually i’m afraid i’ll spill milk on my phone so i leave it on the counter
we’ve busted out the coffee press these days too. No coffee maker here, but i love it. Oldie but goodie! right along with cereal of course.
of course! it’s the only way to be in the morning
I do the same thing when I peel clementines, try and get the biggest piece of peel in one shot

Oh I have GOT to try getting the peal off my clementine all in one peal! I bet that’s hard…but doable for sure.
And here is my fun fact, I eat a piece of chocolate EVERY SINGLE night, right before bed. Yep, without fail.
Another fun fact, I LOVE coffee presses! So while I’m sad for you and your broken coffee machine, I bet your coffee press coffee tastes amazing.
