I firmly believe that weekend food prep plays a major part of my ability to eat healthy during the week. Each weekend, I make it a goal to head to the kitchen and do some Sunday Food Prep. Every Sunday, I showcase my food prep from the previous weekend, plus several reader submissions in my Sunday Food Prep Inspiration series!
