1. Found the Valentine’s day card I bought for hubby and then lost
2. The dogs got into the recycling bin…good news is we took Tucker to the vet and figured out what’s wrong so he’s on meds and hopefully on the mend! Poor buddy.
3. Hubby remembered our 4 1/2 year anniversary.
4. Tucker is the weirdest dog.
5. Pure exhaustion captured after one of our Crossfit Open Workouts!

Special shoutout to our friends Nate and Lianne who got engaged this weekend!! Hubby and I were lucky enough to be there when it happened with a few of our other friends. We were all in on the surprise but she had no idea. It was so cute. If you look closely in the picture above, you can see the ring box behind the drink. SO HAPPY FOR THEM!!!
For all you local, Columbus readers…check out this 5K if you’re looking for a summer race! There’s an awesome dental clinic that provides dental care to children whose families would otherwise not be able to afford it. Kids can receive dental care for just $10. The clinic, KIDSMILES Pediatric Dental Clinic, is funded largely by grants and donations but they’ve organized a 5k event to help raise some money for their clinic. If you’re interested, you can sign up here. The race is June 29, 2013 in Dublin, OH.

Sally, one of my fellow dietetic interns, just recently ran her first half marathon. Isn’t she adorable?
Her boyfriend is currently deployed and she’s been asked to run her first marathon to support a very special cause. She teamed up with Salute, Inc., a non-profit organization that raises money for wounded warriors, veterans, and their families and will be running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon this October to raise money for, and to honor, our nations heroes.
