Since I posted How to Prep Food on the Weekend and Weekend Prep for Easy Weekday Meals  I’ve had lots of you tell me that you were inspired to do some weekend food prep. I’m SO excited about that! I love hearing all about what you prepared and how you plan to use it during the week! In fact, I think it’s so awesome that I want everyone else to know about it too! So I’m starting a new series.

So here’s what I’m asking of you guys: Next time you prep food on the weekend, snap a picture to share with me!

Email me the following:
1. Your Name
2. Your Blog URL (if you have one)
3. A photo of your food prep
4. A short description of what’s in the photo. Tell me what you prepped and how you’re going to use it during the week!

On Sunday, I’ll post a roundup of the photos I received that week so that you guys can see what others are preparing and hopefully get some inspiration and ideas! I’ll keep this series going for as long as I receive photos, so send one every week if you want to!

    I need to go take a pic of my hotel room fridge right now. It is stocked with all the food I’ll eat this week – all prepped this afternoon brought from home to OH. :)

  3. I feel like it’s been a good week when I can honestly say I read and loved all those posts you linked to. Great lists!

    I’ll snap a picture next week of meal prep. I do it all every Sunday night. I feel like I”m chopping for hours but it’s so worth it!

    Firstly, let me just say how much I love your blog! I’ve been reading it for a while now everyday, and I’m a massive fan.

    I admire how you provide so much valuable information about health, nutrition and exercise; as well as showing a bit of your life too. it makes for awesome, entertaining posts!

    I love finding bloggers who are passionate about the same things as me! I’m studying journalism, but really wish I’d chosen nutrition and dietetics.. so I’m trying to decided whether to swap or not! :/
