Since I posted How to Prep Food on the Weekend and Weekend Prep for Easy Weekday Meals I’ve had lots of you tell me that you were inspired to do some weekend food prep. I’m SO excited about that! I love hearing all about what you prepared and how you plan to use it during the week! In fact, I think it’s so awesome that I want everyone else to know about it too! So I’m starting a new series.
So here’s what I’m asking of you guys: Next time you prep food on the weekend, snap a picture to share with me!
Email me the following:
1. Your Name
2. Your Blog URL (if you have one)
3. A photo of your food prep
4. A short description of what’s in the photo. Tell me what you prepped and how you’re going to use it during the week!
On Sunday, I’ll post a roundup of the photos I received that week so that you guys can see what others are preparing and hopefully get some inspiration and ideas! I’ll keep this series going for as long as I receive photos, so send one every week if you want to!
Email your info/photo to: theleangreenbean <at> gmail <dot> com
I can’t wait to see how you guys are getting ready to stay on track and eat healthy during the week!
Coming tomorrow- I made another DIY workout tank top and took pictures so I could make a tutorial for you guys! Come back tomorrow to check it out!
