Paleo Turkey Sweet Potato Meatballs
These Paleo Turkey Sweet Potato Meatballs are easy to prep ahead of time and taste good warm or cold. They make a great post-workout snack and can be served with a dipping sauce and side salad for an easy lunch or dinner.

1x 2x 3x Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup almond meal (or breadcrumbs) optional mix-ins: diced, cooked bacon and minced jalapenos
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well and form into balls (I made about 16).
Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes (or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees), flipping once.
Feel free to cook these in a pan instead of baking them if you want to, or brown on all sides before baking for added flavor.
