These sweet and spicy chickpeas are a delicious and quick snack, and you can adjust the ingredients to your own flavor preferences!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Place the chickpeas in a tupperware container.

2. Add the oil and shake well to coat.

3. Add the sugar and spices and shake well.

4. Spread on a baking sheet (with edges) and bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
