2 – 4 containers of 4% siggis blueberry yogurt (or your favorite flavor)
peanut butter for drizzling
Toss chopped sweet potatoes and apples in oil and cinnamon.
Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until sweet potatoes reach desired softness, stirring every 10 minutes.
Push yogurt to sides of container, add 1/2 -1 cup sweet potato mixture to the middle of each one, drizzle with peanut butter and enjoy! (If you’re using 1 cup, you’ll probably need a separate bowl. Depends how hungry you are!)
