Grapefruit Yogurt Cake

A light, fresh loaf cake that’s perfect for snacktime and also fancy enough for dessert!




  1. Combine the liquid ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder and stir until just mixed.
  3. Pour into greased pan/pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely.
  5. Combine the powdered sugar and grapefruit juice in a small bowl and drizzle over cake just before serving.
