These Healthy Black Bean Brownies are kid-friendly, full of fiber and perfect for a snack or dessert!
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained (approx 1.75 cups)
1/3 cup oil (I use avocado oil)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup flour (I use white whole wheat)
1/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
If you don’t have a food processor, you should be able to use a high-powered blender!
