These Apple Cinnamon Blender Waffles are an easy, healthy breakfast option and also make a great afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk (cow or plant-based)
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 medium apple, roughly chopped (appox 1 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • optional toppings: peanut butter, choc chips, yogurt, fruit, etc

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Cook in a well-greased waffle iron. (Makes approximately 6 regular waffles)

Top as desired.
