{Recipe Redux} Green Tea Rice

A simple side dish that’s lightly flavored with green tea.


  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups brewed green tea
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions


  1. Brew the tea according to package directions.
  2. Add rice and brewed tea to a saucepan.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions.
  4. Stir in scallions and serve.
