These no-bake gingerbread energy balls are the perfect way to enjoy your favorite gingerbread flavors as a healthy snack, workout fuel or dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter (you could try subbing almond butter)
  • 1/3 cup protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 3 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Optional Coatings: finely chopped pecans, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, etc

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it forms a dough.
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop and roll into balls. Then roll in your choice of coating
  3. Store in the fridge.
