Yield: 3 -4 1 x
1 c skim milk
1 c water
3/4 c pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/2 c steelcut oats
1 apple, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
nuts & agave or maple syrup for topping
Combine all ingredients except the nuts and agave in a heat proof bowl.
Place the bowl in the crockpot.
Fill the crockpot with water halfway up the side of the bowl.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve topped with chopped nuts and a drizzle of agave or maple syrup.
