1 – 1.5 pounds chicken breasts (I buy thin-sliced or cut thicker breasts in half)
3 Tbsp avocado oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed (optional)

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
