Asian Lettuce Wraps

An easy homemade recipe with a restaurant entree taste and an extra punch of protein. And you don’t even need to leave a tip!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 cloves, minced
  • 1.5 c diced vegetables
  • 1.5 c diced pork (cooked)
  • 1 c cooked quinoa
  • 2 Tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp low sodium teryaki sauce
  • Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, saute the veggies and garlic for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and heat through.
  3. Spoon into lettuce cups and serve!
