  1. Combine oats, milk, egg and fruit in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Microwave another 60-90 seconds, depending on desired consistency (longer will make it drier, shorter will make it more liquidy).
  5. Top as desired and serve warm.

Notes

If you’d prefer to use just egg whites you could probably use 2, or equivalent liquid egg whites.
