Made with just seven ingredients, this recipe for Maple Mustard Chicken Skillet makes a great weeknight dinner. It’s a paleo, gluten-free and full of flavor!


  • 1.5 pounds chicken, chopped
  • 112 oz bag frozen green beans
  • 2 cups diced sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mustard (I used stadium mustard)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger


  1. Add chicken, sweet potatoes and green beans to a skillet (or baking dish).
  2. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard, ginger and garlic and stir to combine.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and veggies and stir to coat.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring well every 10 minutes.
