It’s been about 3 weeks I think since I shared a look at my weekly eats! Whoops! So, although this isn’t nearly everything I’ve eaten- I’ve been lazy about taking pictures…here’s a look at some of the foods we’ve been enjoying lately:
Eggs and oatmeal per usual. Oatmeal for breakfast during the week, eggs on the weekend.
A few nights of eggs for dinner.
Kodiak Cakes for national pancake day.
Breakfast quesadillas are good at any hour.
Pork tenderloin sliders
Pork sliders with bbq sauce and a fried egg
Balsamic Chicken & Strawberry Panini
Crockpot Cilantro Lime Chicken
Naan flatbread pizza with hummus, avocado and chicken
Blueberry smoothie with Greek yogurt and peanut butter
Snack time- pb&j and green beans
Filet, baked potato & asparagus.
Ground beef tacos
Shared quesadilla snack while out running errands
Cheese & crackers snack.
Veggie plate for the Crossfit cookout.
Sunday afternoon baking.
Surprise cookies in the mail.
Sweet & Spicy Shrimp with Soba Noodles – except with pork tenderloin
Tuna casserole – which means “we need groceries”
Cheesy eggs and chips- dinner of champions when hubby is out of town
At home date night = chipotle to go. (Winning = extra guac without even asking!)
Food deliciousness while sister was in town.
My all-time favorite sandwich from Katalina’s – pulled pork, red peppers, avocado, cheese, fried egg.
Plus a trip to Jeni’s ice cream! Browned Butter Almond Brittle & Lemon.
