Time for more food prep!
I didn’t do any food prep last Sunday because we were leaving to go out of town on Tuesday, but have no fear! My readers have been rockin’ their food prep so I still have some inspiration to share with you:

With my busy work schedule, I decided to get ahead this week and do some major food prep on Sunday. As part of my prep I hard-boiled eggs, cut up veggies and a whole watermelon and made a loaf of my cinnamon banana bread. All of this didn’t actually take that much time but has already made lunch, dinner and snacks so much easier!
