Greek Hummus Plate

Hummus, veggies and feta in every bite makes this Greek Hummus Plate the perfect party appetizer or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch hummus (whatever flavor you like)
  • red bell pepper
  • red onion
  • cucumber
  • tomatoes
  • feta, crumbled
  • balsamic vinegar, optional

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on a plate.
  2. Dice vegetables and mix with feta.
  3. Spread on top of hummus.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving if desired.
  5. Serve with crackers, pita wedges or sliced veggies.
