Just popping in quickly to share my food prep from last weekend.
I usually have some time early Sunday morning to do some prep, but it’s typically before we go to the grocery store. So I try to make things using pantry ingredients and ingredients I always have on hand. Last weekend I made:
- Quinoa Breakfast Bars
- Oatmeal for Squish
- Sweet Potato Bites
- Lemon Energy Bites
- Sweet Potato Breakfast Cookies
- White Chicken Chili (I didn’t have the salsa verde but I picked it up at the store and added it later)
When I got home from the grocery store I did a little more prep:
- Oven Baked Bacon
- Pumpkin Pancakes (recipe soon)
- Kale Panzanella with Chicken Sausage
