  1. I need to get lentils back in my life! I love all your lunch ideas! Since school started, I’m always looking for new ideas! Lately I’ve totally been loving my peanut flour that I recently bought!

  2. I love WIAWs that feature so many different colours!! (Come to think of it, most of them do!) I’m a HUGE fan of your tuna cakes, and methinks that the black bean quinoa burger, the lentil mac & cheese, and breakfast bars are going to need to make their way into my rotation soon!! Yum!

  3. Your yogurt looks so good with all those nuts and seeds and fruits. I’ll have to get more creative with my yogurt. The most I ever do is throw in a few blueberries, and occasionally a pinch of cinnamon.

  15. Oh my, Lindsay, packing lunches and such colorful ones! I was never able to pack a lunch for me when I was working abroad.I tried once and I failed miserably. I just preferred to grab something there instead of eating my own food. It’s something about food made by other people that appeals to me!

  20. We’ve had a LOT of rice salad (black rice w/ a bunch of sautéed veggies and soba sauce [a less salty, tastier version of soy sauce]) that we’ve been eating. Also been loving red pepper strips with hummus :) And occasionally, peanut butter banana soft serve! THE BEST. *sigh* I think that will be my new weekly treat :) I also really want to make that spicy feta dip to use up all the feta cheese we have!

  21. You’re meals always look so delicious! Definitely inspires me for mine!
