    Definitely should get rid of the word diet—-even though it technically doesn’t mean “restriction” it is too widely understood that way. Lose the word, and we can work on how people think about food :)

    I need to go read the one about emotional eating, and the one about morning exercise. I did the same thing…transformed myself into a “morning exerciser!”. I always swore I would never be able to workout in the morning, but now I don’t know life without it!
