One of the things I enjoy most about reading a million blogs each day is the inspiration I get from other bloggers. There are so many tasted cooks/bakers/writers out there and they all coming up with some pretty amazing things! This week in particular was OUT OF CONTROL!   2. So many good recipes to choose from! I made pumpkin pancakes this morning by adapting a recipe I already had, and they were really good :). I love anything that includes pumpkin..and since I had to open a huge can of it to make my pancakes, I am going to be using it for awhile!
