Just in case you’re looking for something super easy for dessert tonight, I’d recommend making these immediately.
This idea comes courtesy of Jessica over at How Sweet It Is. Additionally, if you’ve never checked out her blog, you should also go do that immediately. It’s one of my all-time favorite blogs. She posts something scrumptious looking pretty much every day. I bookmark at least 90% of the things she makes. I don’t know how she doesn’t weigh 1,000 pounds. She has a wonderful writing style, an entertaining husband and a million brilliant ideas. And they’re not all treats! She makes real food too
So as you’re enjoying the recipe below, think of her…then go show her blog some love.
PS…she takes amazing pictures. See her clementine pics here!
Now, to enjoy these delicious treats:
1) Melt
2) Peel & Segment
3) Dip
4) Set in the refrigerator, then serve cold and enjoy!
Dig in my friends!
Enjoy!

What I love about that recipe is how easy they are, but also how elegant they look. Think about how pretty they’d be at a brunch, with sugar crystals on top.
