Good mail days:

I stocked up on Nuttzo when it was on sale a couple of weeks ago.
I got some (free) chips from my friends at Food Should Taste Good– Guacamole flavored? Yes please!
I used a gift card to Swansons Health Products to stock up on some goodies
I’m a member of the Cabot Cheese Board and they sent us some (free) cheese, and my friends at USA Pears sent me some (free) pears to enjoy!
So thankful for all of these amazing companies!
I won some Nanos in a giveaway from Blonde Ponytail and they finally came. I LOVE THEM!
Hubby took a trip to the giant liquor store with some friends and stocked us up for the year!

  10. Wow! Look at that squat! That is impressive! I do lots of one legged squats, they are so good for your entire leg strength, and many dont know that they actually help prevent shin splints too! They have prevented many injuries over the years for me!

    Now I have a snow day, I can do some blog hopping, and good reading! Thanks for the ideas….maybe one day I can make it on your famous list :p

  30. This is only the second Bean Bytes I’ve seen, but it’s already my favorite weekly post for me to look forward to :)
    Love the 5 Diet Swaps – I’m tired of the same old, same old – replace juice with water, or swap 1 granola bar of celery sticks. This post was acutally full of information I could use!
    The Problem With Online Fitness Challeneges was fantastic too! I completely agree that it’s pointless to be able to do hundreds of squats but nothing else. Loved her tips for finding challenges that will help vs hurt us.
