Hi Friends!
February is fast approaching so I wanted to share some bite-sized Valentine’s Day desserts with you guys! Hubby and I have a Valentine’s Day tradition of making a fancy dinner at home, mainly because it’s more convenient than going to a restaurant…not to mention cheaper!
I’ve been thinking about the menu for this year I still have no idea what to make for the main course, I’ve got lots of dessert inspiration… so I thought I’d share it with you.

Best bite-sized Valentine’s Day desert must be something deeply rich and chocolatey. Something that will satisfy my sweet tooth with one satisfying bite…and melty, it should definitely be melty!

That’s really cool. Actually I’ve always stayed in for Valentines day too because restaurants are just so overcrowded and busy. I would honestly rather go another day when they aren’t.
I’ll have to heard over and look at recipes. My favorite dessert is either red velvet cake or bread pudding. Both so good.

Bite-sized desserts are the BEST. Of course I always think I can eat more when they are bite-sized. Oh, I can have 7….they’re so little! 😉

Oh YUM! Those nutella cheesecake bites look amazing!
My favorite dessert is peach/blueberry cobbler or apple pie— a la mode of course 😉 I should try to make bite-sized shot-glass versions one day!

I would rather cook dinner myself, too!! Alex and I are planning a night in as well 🙂

I’m alllll about PIE. I know it’s not the best for you, but I’m going to try to healthify by making little shooters sans crust (where all the carbs and fat live) and try making it more fruity like a parfait. I’m also going to try making black bean brownies, but making them mini so they fit on a stick! Yum!

Oh yikes… I’m wondering if I should click through and look at these… my sweet tooth is back with a vengeance lately and I would probably go make them all! 🙂

We like to stay in for Valentine’s Day too (rather than join the rest of the world in restaurants 🙂 ) And oh my — YUM — those oreo cheesecake bites look delightful! I love bite size deserts — especially for the kiddos 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

If I’m really going to indulge, I want chocolate lava cakes! Brownies are my husband’s favorite, so I try to make some for him on Valentine’s Day!

We do the same thing for Valentines Day. Last year I made crab and I’m thinking of doing that again. We always use our wedding china and it seems so fancy! 🙂

I’m not sure that I’ve ever gone out on Valentine’s day either! I think the best one was when my BF (now husband) made me dinner. I came over to a room with tea light candles all around the outside and we ate on the floor.
I’m thinking a red velvet cheesecake this year… We’ll see how ambitious I am when it comes down to it 🙂
